Week 14

Week 13 Recap

Hard to find time to write the league note this week. OSRS leagues 5 has been taking all my attention.

Speaking of sucking. Congrats to Andy for claiming Sacko! This is the first time in league history that we have a back-to-back Sacko. Our AI overlords are helping me out once again:

In a twist of fate, our very own Andy, captain of "A Bot Lobby," has clinched the Sacko for the second year in a row! This historic moment marks the first back-to-back Sacko in our league's storied history. The game-clinching loss came at the hands of his own brother, Jason, proving once again that sibling rivalry is alive and well.

Andy’s fate has been like Thanos in Avengers: Endgame, as the Dong declared "I am inevitable." His win of the Sacko seemed destined nearly all season long. Despite his best efforts (or lack thereof, thanks to auto-draft), he couldn't escape the clutches of the our eighteen inch friend.

And let's not forget, this is the third consecutive year the Sacko has stayed within the family. Two years ago, it was Jason who bore the shame. Truly, the Sacko is a family heirloom at this point.

Week 14 Preview

Week 14 may mean it's the end of the regular season but this year it is also the start of the (unofficial) playoffs for Bret & myself.

The other five spots have been clinched with seeding up for grabs. The big matchup is the week 13 rematch between Adam & Nathan. Since Nathan holds the total points for tie-breaker, the winner of this game will grab the one seed. If Nathan loses again and Sharukh wins, then Sharukh can steal the two seed have a first round bye with Adam.
