Week 5
Week 4 Recap
I have won, but at what cost? Yeah my fantasy had another dominating win, and yeah, I got the weekly $5 prize, but I drove 850+ miles round-trip to watch the biggest blowout I've ever seen at Lambeau Field. For those who only look at the box score and saw the 31-29 final score you might not know what I'm talking about. The Vikings had a 28-0 lead within the first 20 minutes of the game with a touchdown on every one of their possessions. The Packers did manage to come back and find their defense but was failed by our shitty kicker.
According to studies, about 10,000 learn something new per day. I had my 1/10,000 over the weekend and wanted to share with you all.
- A muffed punt cannot be advanced.
- I thought once it was touched it was a live ball.
- I do not understand the dynamic kickoff. After watching the Dolphins/Titans onside kick debacle, I don't think I ever will.
- What is offsides?
Thanks for joining me on that confusing adventure. Now, some good news for the Neanderthal football enthusiast inside us all: Starting today, we have 55 consecutive days of NCAA/NFL football!!
LONDON GAMES START THIS WEEK! For the next 3 weeks (weeks 5, 6, & 7) there is a game in London. I love waking up to a 9:30 kickoff. Full weekend of football here I come.
Stats n' Stuff
So You Think You Can Dong?
Tido had an abysmal week. He essentially started his worst possible lineup and left 50 points on his bench. Just about any other lineup would have given him the win over Bret. Maybe it was Tido's plan all along to make sure that Andy is the only winless team left.
