Week 16 - Round 2
Week 15 Recap
As George Washington once said, "What goes up must come down". Such words have never been more relatable to me after this past Sunday. In case you missed it, I was riding high after beating Bret to secure my spot in the playoffs and throughout the early games on Sunday my team was looking the most competent it has been all season. I was actually believing I had a shot to win and move on to the next round. That was until Big Daddy Josh Allen decided to shred the Lions’ nonexistent defense into tiny pieces. So now here I sit, mostly disappointed at a playoffs that could have been, and dreaming about next season. Anyone want to mock??
It would be selfish to claim all the suffering this past weekend as CJ may have a case to be the most disappointed ever!? CJ's poor team management resulted in him starting only 4 out of 9 of his best players, leaving 55 points on the bench. If he (and Jason) both started their best lineups, CJ would have won by 7.
Did Adam's and Nathan's rosters get the memo that they had byes last week? I think this was further proof they were deserving of the top two spots in the playoffs as Adam is in 3rd for the playoff score payout and Nathan is in 1st.
In NFL news, Mac Jones committed the cringiest rizzler I've ever seen:

Some close matchups as we continue on in the playoffs. According to ESPN's projections, Nathan has a 0.1 point edge over Jason! The rivalry section shows the historical matchups between these two are tied at 8-8 all time with Nathan having a slight edge in average points differential of 3.
A similar story for Sharukh's and Adam's matchup, tied 11-11 all time, with Sharukh holding a 4.6-point edge in average point differential
For everyone else, keep on playing your best lineups for a shot at the playoff high scorer prize
